C O N D I T I O N
Very good vintage condition. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear! The elastic in the smocking is dried out / no longer stretchy, but will go unnoticed when worn as it still retains its shape just fine. It appears that the skirt lining was shortened at some point. A previous owner had added grommets but did so rather poorly, so I replaced them all with nice new ones and added satin lacing.
