C O N D I T I O N
Very good vintage condition. Ready to wear! Some wear to the black finish on the leather buckle straps. Light darkening on the flower which did not come off with a cleaning. A few tiny scuffs on the plastic rhinestone. About three scuff marks on the black vinyl.
