C O N D I T I O N
Very good vintage condition. Ready to wear! It appears that the sewn-down fold on the skirt was a way for the previous owner to shorten the skirt; it can be let back out to gain another 2" in skirt length, but it will require the lower portion to be seam-ripped off and sewn back on (resulting in a visible horizontal seam); it definitely looks adorable and intentional as it is! A handful of small faint spots on back of bodice; might come out with a dry cleaning.
